Founded in June 2025, it is a new parents\u2019 association that is truly for the parents, of the parents and by the parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CIPL was created to better represent parents\u2019 concerns and requests to LFCG\u2019s governing forums and management. By doing so, we hope to improve the experience of all children who attend LFCG, and their parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CIPL is <strong>independent.<\/strong>This means it does not take its instructions from any particular body \u2013 the school, its management, AEFE, various diplomats, etc. It takes its instructions solely from parents, and based on its high standards of transparency and governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CIPL is a <strong>collective<\/strong>. This means that although we have a governance structure, any member of CIPL is free to initiate a valid action and then follow through on it. Members of CIPL are assured of the full support of CIPL for their initiatives as long as these are in line with CIPL\u2019s constitution and UK law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CIPL is <strong>of the parents of LFCG<\/strong>. This means that we exist solely because of the parents of LFCG \u2013 serving you, your children, and your collective interests is our primary reason for existence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">CIPL is a member of <strong>UNAPE<\/strong>. After reviewing the various federations of parents\u2019 associations, we felt that UNAPE was the one most closely aligned with our values and mission, and best placed to represent us to the AEFE and its Board of Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We welcome your engagement in CIPL. With a strong belief in the inclusion of all students, UNAPE promotes educational excellence while ensuring transparency in every action and decision. Its mission is to fairly and equitably represent the interests of all families, taking into account their cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic diversity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a new federation, UNAPE is firmly committed to working for the well-being and success of children by promoting high-quality, inclusive education that respects diversity. UNAPE believes in the power of collaboration and is convinced that, through joint efforts, it is possible to make a meaningful contribution to a rich and fulfilling educational experience.
